Being from the Paris region, we eagerly await our annual holidays in the Pyrénées-Orientales, and one thing is certain: a trip without a visit to La Patanegra wouldn't be a proper holiday! It's become a must-visit for us, to the point that we go at least once a week during our vacation. The quality of the products is always exceptional, with outstanding charcuterie, generous and flavorful platters, and a selection that perfectly showcases the region's specialties.
