La Pataterie sur Montauban

Very disappointed and unhappy: my steak was spoiled (the taste and smell were undeniable). I pointed this out to the waitress by having her smell the meat. The manager's response was: "Impossible, it's frozen meat." As if it were impossible that it could have been frozen after it had already expired or that the cold chain had been broken. She didn't even come over, no gesture of goodwill, but that's beside the point. What bothers me is that she didn't even acknowledge the problem. If she smelled the meat and wasn't acting in bad faith, it was undeniable. So, if you value your health, avoid this place! It's a shame because the restaurant is nice and the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant. A small clarification following the manager's comment: at no point did I ask for the meat to be cooked again! That's a lie! I understand that when we leave a negative review, we are banned from the establishment. Bravo and hats off to you for your professionalism, Madam. You have a real knack for business, hospitality, welcoming guests, and politeness. Not even a "good evening" upon arrival.

Hello, we ate there as a party of three, including one child. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We weren't disappointed with this new style of Pataterie ☺️☺️

Excellent experience at La Pataterie in Montauban! We had an exceptional time. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was very pleasant, with a smiling, attentive, and cheerful team. A little anecdote: upon entering, my brother (a bit of a joker 😄) replied, "For 25, the bus arrives," even though there were only three of us… and the response was taken with a smile. That immediately sets the tone! The decor is magnificent and meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. Special mention for the originality: the plates, salt shaker, and accessories match the wallpaper on one wall. I had never seen that anywhere else, and it's truly an excellent idea 👌 As for the food, everything was exceptional: excellent, generous, and perfectly executed dishes. The prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is easy to get to, and parking is a breeze 🚗 Everything is impeccable: beautiful, delicious, and meticulously prepared, from start to finish. A huge thank you to the entire front-of-house team, as well as to everyone working behind the scenes in the kitchen 🙏 We'll definitely be back! 😃

We traveled from Cahors to discover and rediscover La Pataterie, a very well-known establishment. From the appetizer to the dessert, including the main course, we weren't disappointed at all—it was flawless! 🥔 Special mention to the mocktail, which was delicious. The staff is very friendly; we arrived 45 minutes before our reservation and received a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is very family-oriented, and the decor is festive. 🌲 We will definitely be back to try other treats! 🍨 🧁
