As usual, everything was perfect. I highly recommend it; the quality is excellent.

A very good experience at Bistro Régent, with a special mention for the simplicity of the menu, which is nonetheless varied enough to satisfy the whole family. A clear, efficient, and uncluttered formula. We tried the €16.90 burger and the €19.90 butcher's cut. Both were cooked to perfection, and the overall presentation was well executed, with generous and well-balanced portions. The desserts were also appealing and generous, perfect for ending the meal on a sweet note. The service also deserves a mention: quick, attentive, and professional, while remaining pleasant and caring. A small note: I usually include a photo of the dishes in my reviews, but this time, I simply forgot! 😄 An efficient, family-run, and unpretentious establishment with good value for money. A pleasant experience that I readily recommend. 🍽️👍

We come to this restaurant very regularly and have never been disappointed. Well done! Highly recommended.

Good restaurant, true to the brand's choices, impeccable welcome and service

The staff were friendly, the meal was served without a wait, and the food was of very decent quality. I'm a regular at this restaurant chain, but this is the first time we've been told that those who order burgers don't get buns unless they pay extra, just like the lemon slice in the Coke, which costs 25 cents. In conclusion, despite a pleasant welcome and satisfactory food quality for this type of establishment, we will not be returning on principle.

The food is good and the service is warm and friendly. The servers were smiling and attentive. However, one thing bothered me a little. We ordered two dishes, one of which had sauce. Only one small piece of bread was served, not enough for my dish which was already full of sauce. So I ordered more. Seeing the server take note of my comment, I wondered if the bread was being charged, but since there was nothing indicated on the menu and the server didn't mention it, I wasn't too worried. Imagine my surprise to find that the fries are unlimited but not the bread! For a restaurant that boasts about its sauce, I must admit I'm astonished... And let's not even mention the herbal teas at almost €5, knowing that the water comes from the tap, but I know there are overhead costs, so I'd rather not get into a debate about that. I still recommend it; the food is good. Just so you know, they charge for bread and you'll be informed of this either through Google reviews or your bill at the end of the meal.

Simple but effective and excellent dishes with the secret sauce, whether meat, fish, or burgers. With unlimited homemade fries, you can't leave hungry, which is rare for a restaurant these days, so a big plus! But here in Montélimar, the waiter, who will surely recognize himself, really needs to STOP asking customers to "PASS THE PLATES" when clearing the table, especially families with young children who come precisely to relax and not to act like they're at home... Dude, your job is to set and clear the table, THAT'S ALL! So DO IT! I doubt they told you during your training that you could ask customers to do that!

This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant, and we're always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat and fries 😋😋😋. We'll definitely be back for a third time. The staff is fantastic 👌 👌 👍 👍. Thank you so much, don't change a thing!
