The food is good and the service is warm and friendly. The servers were smiling and attentive. However, one thing bothered me a little. We ordered two dishes, one of which had sauce. Only one small piece of bread was served, not enough for my dish which was already full of sauce. So I ordered more. Seeing the server take note of my comment, I wondered if the bread was being charged, but since there was nothing indicated on the menu and the server didn't mention it, I wasn't too worried. Imagine my surprise to find that the fries are unlimited but not the bread! For a restaurant that boasts about its sauce, I must admit I'm astonished... And let's not even mention the herbal teas at almost €5, knowing that the water comes from the tap, but I know there are overhead costs, so I'd rather not get into a debate about that. I still recommend it; the food is good. Just so you know, they charge for bread and you'll be informed of this either through Google reviews or your bill at the end of the meal.

Unsurprisingly, it's always good and tasty for me. Traditional but affordable. Pleasant welcome and service.

Simple but effective and excellent dishes with the secret sauce, whether meat, fish, or burgers. With unlimited homemade fries, you can't leave hungry, which is rare for a restaurant these days, so a big plus! But here in Montélimar, the waiter, who will surely recognize himself, really needs to STOP asking customers to "PASS THE PLATES" when clearing the table, especially families with young children who come precisely to relax and not to act like they're at home... Dude, your job is to set and clear the table, THAT'S ALL! So DO IT! I doubt they told you during your training that you could ask customers to do that!

This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant, and we're always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meat and fries 😋😋😋. We'll definitely be back for a third time. The staff is fantastic 👌 👌 👍 👍. Thank you so much, don't change a thing!

We had a good meal at this restaurant. However, we were served a Coke as an aperitif without a lemon slice. When I asked for it, the waiter told me there would be an extra charge of 40 cents! I've never seen anything like it! I find that very petty... What a shame.

Okay... but 4 out of 5 stars because we clearly have different ideas about what 15cl is when ordering a glass of white wine! We estimated it to be less than 10cl, which is noticeable and visible in your glass, especially as an "aperitif"—it was a sorry sight...🙈 But my wife didn't want me to mention it during the meal because she was "shy"... otherwise, the price-quality ratio seems fair... This message is to raise awareness among the staff. Regards

I came to try the "Bistro Regent" gourmet burger and goat cheese duo for €19.90. The menu clearly states "unlimited fries and salad." However, when I arrived, the manager refused to refill my salad, contradicting what was advertised. This is a shame, as it creates a misleading impression and lacks consistency with the advertised offer. I recommend that the restaurant clarify its signage or honor what is actually advertised. Too bad...

The welcome and service were very attentive. The value for money is very good, the products are excellent, and the charmelcia sauce is always superb.

Simple cuisine but delicious meat; the beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and I ordered it rare, and it was cooked to perfection! Their sauce, whose name I can't recall, was also a treat, along with unlimited fries. For the price, it's unbeatable! I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be back! They deserve more than 4 or 5 stars, but definitely more than 4.
