The perfect end to a beautiful day in Mont Saint Michel.
A stunning outdoor setting, exquisite, top-notch food (not exactly cheap, but worth every penny), and incredibly friendly and attentive hosts.

Refined, inventive, subtle, with surprising combinations. The result is a dish that delights both the eye and the palate. Beautifully executed cooking techniques.
