The cuisine is always so elaborate, using fresh produce, in a modest but quiet and friendly setting that is well hidden.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The sunny terrace was lovely, and the service was warm and friendly. The food was good and sophisticated. The celery starter was a delight, the veal tender, perfectly pink, and beautifully presented! The strawberry, rhubarb, and verbena dessert was delicious. We were a little disappointed with the brown butter dessert, but it was a nice touch. Not bad, but not our favorite. To each their own, I suppose. The cocktails were a bit different from what we're used to, and they were very good. Thank you, in any case, a lovely place to remember for next time.

We came yesterday for the first time, and it was a delightful discovery. The place is lovely, the dishes are really good and well-prepared, and the service is excellent! Absolutely fantastic!!!

It was absolutely delicious. The fish in its briny broth is incredible, so subtle and flavorful...and its combination with the sweet potato purée creates a perfect balance. The hazelnut butter sorbet with milk foam and homemade whipped cream was to die for. The gravlax salmon in rice paper with yuzu and wasabi cream is reminiscent of California maki, but more refined and subtle. The vinegar jus served with the beef is also worth trying. Everything is absolutely delicious...we had a wonderful time!

A very warm welcome: we dined inside, but the terrace atmosphere is fantastic when the weather permits, having experienced it in the summer! There weren't many dishes, but we thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the chicken stuffed with mushrooms (the mushrooms were barely visible or flavored) and two asparagus spears as a side dish, which was rather light (perhaps you could add some mashed potatoes, for example). My husband chose the beef steak with onion, which he also enjoyed. We opted for the brown butter sorbet that Clément recommended: delicious! Thank you also for the chocolate ganache! I highly recommend Clément for his service; he was particularly attentive to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you again, we will gladly return!

We came last night, what a wonderful discovery in Asnières! Everything was perfect. The combinations were bold yet so well thought out! We highly recommend it! The team was friendly and seemed to have a great rapport, which is important beyond just the meal. The place is unique. A huge congratulations to the whole team!
