We had lunch at La Petite Auberge restaurant today. The welcome was very friendly, the food was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Plus, the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Hello,
We ordered a free-range chicken with foie gras (grandma's recipe) and fries with a rich jus for €43. The dish arrived, and what a disappointment! 😞 There were three tiny pieces of foie gras, barely hanging on... I asked the head waitress, and she told me that the foie gras was under the chicken skin, which was fine, but that should be specified on the menu! Given the price, I expected at least two slices of foie gras to accompany the chicken, which was also very dry. It's strange; if there was foie gras under the skin, it shouldn't be dry... However, we appreciated the gesture of goodwill the waitress offered us for our dissatisfaction: a free bowl of fries for our daughter.
Otherwise, the service was impeccable.

We went to dinner at the small inn and enjoyed the food.
The chef and his team prepared a special Christmas menu for us 🎅. The waiters and waitress were very pleasant.
