The cedar mussel was great 👍 The lady with short gray hair and glasses who greeted us was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we are ever in Rouen again.

An excellent 3-course menu for a vegetarian with atmospheric pavement seating. We arrived around 8.45pm and were served quickly. Very friendly and efficient staff. The food was fresh and well presented. Coupled with a reasonably priced bottle of rosé it was a very enjoyable evening meal.

There were four of us, and we were a little disappointed by the foie gras starter; it was a mousse with very little flavor. The chicken in the carton was okay. The pear ice cream dessert was very good, but the apple had actual strips of apple peel on it. We ordered a cheese board, and there were only four small pieces of cheese! Normally, the board had five pieces, and it was €9. I felt like they were taking advantage of us a bit. Thank you for your reply. Your menu clearly states five cheeses, so it's not a big deal, sir. We enjoyed spending time in your restaurant, and your servers were very welcoming.

We stayed at the inn as a family with our dog and were treated very kindly and attentively. The food was excellent; we had chicken, steak, mussels, oysters, melon with salmon, various desserts, and cheese. Because of the heat, they even put ice cubes in the dog's water! The landlady frequently checked to make sure everything was alright and was extremely helpful with any questions. She highly recommended the laser-illuminated cathedral at 11 p.m., and we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful experience in a cozy place that we would gladly return to. Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful place to eat French food. We ordered mussels and the Burger Normand. Highly recommended! Authentic food and very friendly service. To finish, we asked the owner for a recommendation for a good crepe in town, but since she couldn't think of anything, she quickly checked with the kitchen and came back with two delicious crepes for our daughter!

Probably the most authentic restaurant in the area, after an initial misunderstanding (which often happens in this part of the world) with the waiters, everything went smoothly. Good food, reasonable prices.

Service was perfect and the place is cosy and traditional. The vegetarian dish was nice because they made an effort to do something out of the ordinary! The monkfish was four small pieces of fish, that honestly was not worth 23.50 and the mussels were quite small but overall we enjoyed ourselves and the service.

09/08/2026: The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The location itself is good, a beautiful square. It's a shame that two large screens were on the whole time. But that is a matter of personal preference.
07/08/2026: A brasserie in the center of Rouen, well located with a large terrace. Fast and friendly service... But unfortunately, like many other restaurants in Rouen, table service stops early... And don't ask too many questions...

03/08/2026: So this was a weird one. I want to start with saying that this was not fully the servers fault; whoever was in charge of scheduling should have never allowed just one server to work a diner shift. That being said; somehow it happend. We had a reservation, got showed to our seats fairly quickly only to not be able to order drinks for 50 minutes. 50 minutes. Thats ridiculous. The server was clearly overwhelmed, and even started serving a table that came after us. Listened we dont mind waiting for food, but let us at least get some wine first? By know you might be wondering why the place still got 3 stars, and well, the food is just that good? Dont be attached to the food you want to order, they wont have it, but what you do get will be dilisoush. Furthermore, the little square we where on was old and lovely. Very nice ambience for the meal.
28/07/2026: A super nice bar atmosphere in the heart of Rouen with a cool terrace, guaranteed not a tourist trap.
