Resto très simple avec seulement des tartes salées et des croque Monsieur. Mais tout est frais et très bon. Fait maison et du jour. Petite faim ... Ne cherchez pas ailleurs. De plus très grande propreté.

Lovely place, only had a coffee but this is right beside a champagne house and for the driver or non drinker a lovely coffee is available while the others enjoy the champagne.

Great idea ! That's the first thing I thought when I got there. Coming for lunch, we enjoyed a pleasant welcome and a very cute setting. The principle of the restaurant is to offer a dish of the day and two other small dishes, allowing those who do not appreciate the dish of the day to find what they are looking for. The homemade drinks were very good and the food delicious! Finally, a pasta dish with lots of sauce, just the way we like it! A flawless for this restaurant where I think we could eat every lunchtime, like in a real canteen 😉.

Small menu with daily specials (you have to be lucky) - it's good. Too bad the service is slow and not very friendly

10/12/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for years with my family and we are never disappointed. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere calm and friendly and the cuisine is incredible. My mother, being a vegetarian, was able to make a few modifications to the pancake that she wanted and was able to enjoy it as much as we did. A superb address run by owners who love their job.
29/10/2024: Great atmosphere and great owner who is really nice!! Well on the other hand we waited 1 hour on a Saturday evening for our meals to arrive so perhaps that is the only point to improve

L'affaire

23/09/2024: Nous avons opté pour le tataki de thon. Cuisson totalement loupée, nous étions très loin de la cuisson d’un tataki. De plus, la présentation était simple, basique, sans âme ni vie. Assez triste. Après, ce n’était pas mauvais mais c’est vrai qu’on s’attend à mieux surtout à la vue des prix pratiqués pour une petite ville comme Reims… Hormis la jeune femme qui nous a servi, le personnel n’était pas chaleureux ni vraiment agréable. Nous avons même été invités à quitter la terrasse à 11h51 parce que le restaurant ouvre à 12h. Sur le principe, pas de problème mais pourquoi nous faire partir pour 9min !? (3 autres tables ont également été invitées à partir). Du coup, tant pis pour le restaurant, nous avons tous été prendre l’apéritif dans un bar. Sacré manque à gagner à la fin de l’année… Dans l’ensemble, ce n’est pas une mauvaise adresse mais ce n’est pas un trésor caché non plus. Disons que pour conclure, c’était plus ou moins bien. Sans plus.
10/09/2024: Delighted to have discovered this “real restaurant”, a superb setting, very French cuisine with homemade products (excellent cordon bleu!!!) a very friendly owner and waiter!!! We will not fail to come back during our next visit to Reims. Nath & Christophe the Alsatians 😉
