We are used to pointing out when things are not going well, however the opposite is false... We came this evening, we are really not disappointed, the quality and quantity of the meals were there. The service team was very welcoming and accommodating despite the fact that there were delays at times, which is amply justified and forgiven by the friendliness and advice offered to customers. Thanks also to the chef who does not let the service fall behind, it has become rare to see the kitchen team helping, having worked as a waiter I know the importance of being able to count on the kitchen. We came from Colmar and Mulhouse especially because word of mouth invited us to do so, and frankly, to taste the Franche-Comtois terroir I haven't found anything better despite certain visits to Besançon and the surrounding area. User-friendliness is a very big plus. As for the prices, they are reasonable: less than €70.00 for two with drinks, starters, main courses and desserts. I recommend and will come back without hesitation. The Vauthoux and the morbier fondue are exquisite!

L'ambiance y est familiale et détendue néanmoins le service est irréprochable .Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients avec beaucoup de gentillesse . Une cuisine du terroir savoureuse et copieuse. Nous reviendrons goûter d'autres plats assurément.

Came on a Saturday evening. Obviously crowded but it's very friendly. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The meals are delicious, my bosses are really great. If you want to eat good, good and local food, this restaurant will delight you.
