Excellent, traditional, and indulgent bourgeois cuisine in a classically Provençal setting (the upstairs room). Impeccable, if somewhat impersonal, service; the wine pairings were flawless. The dishes were flavorful and beautifully executed, with no surprises. Regarding dietary restrictions (gluten-free, lactose-free, fat-free, carbohydrate-free, vegetarian or vegan, allergen-free, etc.), the information is clearly stated on the website, the menu, and the wine list.

Undoubtedly the best Michelin-starred restaurant in the Luberon.
We were warmly welcomed by the chef and delighted by his regional cuisine. Finding hare à la royale is no easy feat. A true delight, and one thing is certain: we didn't leave the table hungry!

Here's a rare gem where truly good food takes center stage. A far cry from the affected cuisine of so many establishments that leave you with empty pockets and a full stomach 😉
Eric Sapet is a bon vivant who loves to share his passion for authentic, traditional cooking.
We had a wonderful time enjoying his generous and delicious autumn "table d'hôte" menu, accompanied by a very judicious wine selection.
The service is efficient yet relaxed and unpretentious, and the prices are very reasonable.
The chef takes pleasure in joyfully explaining his work and the origins of his ingredients.
Thank you for this generous experience! Don't change a thing! We will gladly return.
