Chef Éric Sapet is an ambassador of Provençal cuisine, successfully combining the most elaborate dishes with those much more traditional. Located in charming Cucuron just beside the village bassin, the restaurant offers a high-quality take on the traditional regional cuisine. The décore is original and robust as are the dishes. Prices are reasonable and you will not leave hungry. The chef and owner is around for a friendly chat.

Authentic Provençal place. The cuisine is refined and quite generous. The pairing with the wines offered on the menu is perfect. The service is elegant (the Suzette crepes are prepared in front of you) and the decor is authentic. I recommend and I will come back.

The restaurant is located on the square of the Cucuron pond with its century-old plane trees bringing a beautiful freshness in summer. We have tested this table several times including the table d'hôtes, the truffle menu, the holiday menu and the casseroles to take away during COVID. You can enjoy generous cuisine like the chefs with friendly service in Provençal decoration (woodwork, terracotta tiles and old plate services).

28/03/2024: Nice atmosphere. Waitresses relaxed but nevertheless professional. Well-stocked plates, the majority of dishes are homemade except for the fromage blanc because "we don't have cows yet"!! Said the waitress. Main course + dessert around €20. I made it my canteen for a few days with pleasure

04/11/2023: Even if it's still nice, it's no longer the good Italian dishes of before. And €24 for starter, simple lasagna, dessert, it's a bit daring. But the welcome remains friendly.
10/10/2023: Disappointed by this first experience - tasteless dishes, mediocre presentation it's a shame because the setting is superb and the staff efficient
