We had a meal at this small, friendly restaurant in the resort. However, the quality, quantity, and price didn't live up to our expectations. I left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied after only one main course and one dessert. The menu was simple and featured traditional mountain cuisine. The service was quick and impeccable.

We stopped by for lunch one day (3 adults and one child). I made the mistake of putting my ski gloves on the next table and my jacket on the chair... oh dear! The owner reprimanded me, saying, "Yes, it's disgusting! And this table is popular, you shouldn't do that." There are ways to say things, and I can understand the inconvenience, but if it's as dirty as I'm told, why wasn't the table disinfected for the couple who sat there later? When it came time to pay, I think he realized how rude he'd been because he started a conversation. It's a real shame because the food is very good, but they need to reconsider the importance of customer service.

We had a lovely time at La Pierre Chaude.
The ravioli gratin was very good, although the portion was a little small. As for the raclette, one grill for four hearty appetites wasn't enough, as the cheese didn't melt quickly enough. I'm giving it four stars instead of three because the waitress was incredibly friendly. Despite being tired and working alone, she maintained her good humor and smile, which was much appreciated.

A truly delightful and wonderful experience! The meal we shared with my family was absolutely delicious!
The staff was fantastic! Especially young Ghita; she was so professional and friendly, making sure we had a great time!
There was another woman there, but she wasn't very pleasant and spoke rudely—disappointing!
But don't let her bother you!
It's a really great restaurant! Thinking of you, Ghita!
