We were strolling around Valbonne and stumbled upon La Pigeot quite by chance, and even without a reservation, we got a table for two.
The food was delicious, the staff very attentive, and sitting outside in the little alley was very relaxing. The appetizer (Moroccan salad) was easy to share between two people. The main courses were very tasty and each was a generous portion. We'd definitely go back.

Very, very good. I gave it 4 stars in the end because the prices are a bit high; they could definitely be lowered.
Aside from that, the restaurant has changed owners for about a year now, and that's a very good thing because everything has changed for the better. A good refresh and new furnishings were needed, and it was executed perfectly.
It's very clean, the food is excellent, the terrace is very pleasant, and the staff is top-notch. 👌🏽
