A truly beautiful concept – using the street as a stage for the tables, lined with carpets, and the building facades as backdrops. The little table on the balcony is something special! The interior is also lovely and atmospheric, with a touch of Arabic influence. The food is truly Provençal, colorful, honest, and authentic, tasting just like southern Europe. My dog ​​🐕, despite being quite large, wasn't a problem for the other guests and felt very comfortable. The service is very attentive, even if not super fast – but that's exactly what we needed – to unwind, relax, and slow down ❣️

A truly wonderful experience! The food is worthy of a Moroccan couscous, delicious and high quality. The owner is welcoming and friendly. Remember to book ahead – a must-visit if you love couscous!

We've known this restaurant since it opened, dining there in every season. The service is always excellent, but since our last visit (a year ago), we've noticed the portions are smaller. Earlier this week, we went as a couple, and the couscous, especially the meat and vegetable portions, was smaller, and the flavor of the dishes wasn't what it used to be… At over €33, even €38 a dish… the restaurant's value for money is no longer worth it. Is this due to the change of ownership, which seems to be maximizing its investment? It's a bad move; quality builds customer loyalty. We'll go back to see if this is just a temporary setback or a deliberate strategy, but we sincerely hope it's the former…

The welcome is as warm as the atmosphere (dining on the rugs spread out in the village alley is an experience not to be missed!), and you'll leave with a wonderful memory, completely satisfied! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ During our stay in Valbonne, we dined at La Pigeot. Without a doubt, it was one of the culinary highlights of our vacation. The welcome was warm, the service friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed and authentic. We chose the couscous méchoui. Everything was remarkable: the magnificent méchoui, the delicious Moroccan salad, and the couscous. But one element surpassed all the rest: the vegetables in the broth. We had never tasted anything so delicious. Without any exaggeration, it was the best broth we had ever tasted. Rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, refined, and exceptionally deep. A true masterpiece. You can feel in every detail that the cuisine is prepared with passion, expertise, and respect for quality ingredients. We will return with immense pleasure during our next stay in Valbonne. We always receive a warm welcome at La Pigeot! The tasteful decor transports you to a delightful escape, leaving you feeling completely satisfied. My personal favorite is the perfectly prepared orange tagine. The team is welcoming and attentive all year round. It's a reliable choice in any season 🤩

Without a doubt, the best couscous in the region! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts, including their house cocktail! We've already had two dinners there and each time it's been a perfect evening. Beautiful decor and a very pleasant terrace! We'll gladly return for a third time.

21/06/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best culinary experiences I've had lately! This restaurant, which has a slightly pretentious name if you don't know the chef is Mr. Disavow, is well worth the detour and is undoubtedly a worthy contender for a Michelin star. We had an exceptional time with the tasting menu, where everything was pure finesse and inventiveness, perfect pairings, and flawless execution. I give it 6 out of 5 for the quality of the dishes, and another 5 for the service and welcome, and unfortunately only 4 for the setting, which is very pleasant, but located on the edge of a busy and noisy road, which is a bit of a nuisance, especially at the beginning of dinner. I was told as we were leaving, while I was regretting this inconvenience, that I should have requested table 20 when making the reservation. Shh, it's an insider secret! In any case, the average of 6 + 5 + 4 equals... 5 out of 5! Thank you, Chef, for this exceptional moment in the company of your incredibly talented dishes!
