La Pizza de Nico sur Haguenau

I was very pleasantly surprised; I wasn't familiar with the restaurant chain, La Pizza de Nico. The flavors were excellent, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the decor was very inviting. Not to mention the kind lady who greeted me; her patience and kindness are rarely found in this type of franchise pizzeria. She was attentive, friendly, and the food was excellent. I plan to return. I highly recommend it!

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the delivery was perfect. But imagine my surprise when I opened my order with my colleagues! A drink (Schweppes) that was included in a salad combo was MISSING, AND our desserts were wrong: pistachio tiramisu instead of a speculoos caramel tiramisu! Seeing this, I tried calling (at 1:50 PM) but got no answer!

I came for the first time yesterday to order a Savoyard pizza without pork, and they kindly gave me chicken instead. I 100% recommend it; the waitresses are super friendly. The pizza was very good, and by the way, thank you for the little touch of chives! 😁

No complaints about the pizzas! But after receiving a text message on Black Friday saying the second pizza I ordered was €5, I ordered my two pizzas by phone, and to my surprise, when they arrived, I was charged the full price. I told them, "But the second one is €5!" Their response: "But you didn't specify that when you ordered." I can't believe it! There's a serious misunderstanding here! But in the end, they still charged me €5. Thank goodness!
