Monday November 11, 2024! 4 p.m. There are 3 of us. First order: a smoothie, a cold chocolate and a hazelnut. 10 minutes later the waiter came back and said to us: “Oh well, we don’t do smoothies, and we don’t do chocolate, so have something else.” Ok so 1 Orangina, a lemonade gambetta and a hazelnut. 20 minutes to get this order. We decide to order pancakes 4:40 p.m....... 5:15 p.m. we ask why we don't have our pancakes "ah well actually we make more" great! ZERO COMMUNICATION. We get up to pay very disappointed. And there at the counter we see pancakes. We ask why and a waiter looks at us and laughs, saying to make fun of us "yes but those were ordered before you". Big lie because they left on a table that arrived after us! In addition, the famous waiter looked down on us by being provocative. A shame! Even the boss asked him to calm down but he continued by standing up to his "boss". Employee who has nothing to do with catering. Damage. Beautiful and well decorated place. But the service and especially the employees TO REVIEW. Other customers who spoke with them were also very disappointed. Let's hope this gets better.

Since it's mama's, it's much better than before to have dinner there in seven, lasagna and Italian steak tartare, of course... Pleasantly surprised by a beautiful and good garnish for the tartare.
