La Pizza sur Vals-Pres-Le-Puy

The welcome is good, the staff is very friendly and plentiful. The service is fast and accurate. On the other hand, I ate a pizza with undercooked dough, yet still with traces of cooking on both the top and bottom. This is because the wood-fired oven is too hot and the dough burns before it's cooked. I complained to the manager, who offered to bake it again, which they did very kindly. But in the end, the dough still wasn't cooked. To finish, I was given my free pitcher of wine, and I thank them for that. Basically, the pizza chef doesn't know how to use his wood-fired oven—a shame. I'm a bit picky about the 2 stars for the food, but the restaurant is called "La Pizza."

Everything was very good, the staff very friendly. The pizza knives might need sharpening, but otherwise it was perfect.

Discovered during a stay at the B&B located right next door. The setting is very nice, the service friendly, and the food, for what I ordered, was very decent. I would have liked a slightly more generous plate.

Nice place, easy to access with parking. The meal is good, quite a choice. the terrace is nice in summer. A little expensive though for the quantity/quality. Overall it's ok but a little too expensive in my opinion.

Very good pizza dough but the Bolognese I thought was a can of Bolognese sauce, carrot cut into very small squares and very very tough meat, even meat puree, which is a shame

Very good address, top service, the restaurant is really next to the hotel and you can access it through the hotel. It’s very nice, prices are discounted by 10% for hotel guests.
