We were staying at the hotel, and the menu was fairly decent before we headed back to the city center.
We were pleasantly surprised by a delicious chef's special pizza (Carbonara Nostra) for me and a generous salad for my wife.
All this in a nice setting. I highly recommend it!
A lovely, spacious, and clean restaurant with a simple yet efficient welcome. No complaints whatsoever!
The service is quick, both for taking orders and receiving pizzas. It's nice not to have to wait long.
As for the pizzas, they are truly delicious. The chef is attentive and doesn't hesitate to adjust the cooking to your preferences. I asked for the egg to be cooked a little longer, and my request was perfectly fulfilled.
The only slight drawback was that the restaurant was unfortunately a bit empty when we visited, which meant it lacked a bit of atmosphere. But this doesn't detract from the quality of the pizzas or the service.

A longtime fan of Neapolitan pizza and a regular at world champion pizzas, I can attest that the dough is excellent (hence the importance of not leaving it on the plate) and the wood-fired oven gives it that extra touch. I loved my pizza; it's worthy of a world champion. It's the best pizza in Le Puy, and I recommend it 200% if you love Neapolitan pizza.

A shandy served in a 25cl glass with foam; 15cl would have been a huge amount.
The only downside was the olives.
A plate arrived before I'd even finished my drink.
A tough cut of meat served with fries that were overcooked.
No tenderness inside.
When ordering, I asked if it was possible to mix fries and vegetables, and they asked for an extra €3 for the same quantity on the plate. The dessert of the day... the companies that supply you have a bright future.

But at this point, they need to re-evaluate their staff.
After all, the business is done with the hotel's occupancy rates.
We stopped by on a Monday at lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the premises were lovely and very clean. We'll be back.
We arrived unexpectedly with our son for lunch without a reservation.
