Very nice hotel! Ultra helpful and attentive staff! It made our stay in Toulouse even more pleasant! Highly recommended! Only downside: the showers are a little small, but the bedding is very comfortable and greatly compensates!

Very basic hotel which deserves a little refreshment and a little more equipment in the room (kettle, small bottle of water, tissues, etc.). The insulation on the corridor is average but on the street side it is quiet. And the room was clean, that's the main thing!

Location was good, very central. The room was quite basic and small. I stayed in a standard double room and it felt a bit small and cramped even for 1 person. The room was very basic (only towels, shower gel and hair dryer, no fridge or water for example). Clean enough but a bit noisy. When I did the check-in the receptionist that I talked to didn't speak English but made an effort to use the translator to communicate with me. When I did the check-out and went to collect my luggage, these two receptionists could both speak English. The hotel felt safe since to use the elevator or stairs to get to the room the guests had to scan their room key for the lift to work and for the door to the stairs to open. Overall, good price for location but it felt a bit like a 3 star hotel close to downgrading to a 2 star.

Location is good, easy access from and to the Airport TLS. Hotel ground floor is cozy but rooms were not cleaned enough. A lot of dust and I found hair from previous guests. I would expect more from a 3 star hotel.

Small room, very small bathroom. Functional, nothing more. Breakfast good. Well positioned on the edge of the city center

Very well located, near everything by foot. The room was small, but complete and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The weather helped for a good stay!
