Reference point in the heart of the Corsican city of Corte, suitable for breakfasts and also lunch and dinner, to spend moments of relaxation. Menu with Corsican and continental specialities, very friendly staff.

Nice place but risotto with scampi and prawns inedible, overcooked, cooked for 20 minutes....failed cuisine other than French, don't write Italian cuisine

Very good experience at the local café! Very warm welcome and quality cuisine. The dishes are generous and the price is quite reasonable, which is appreciated in high season.

Very warm welcome and great breakfast. The terrace is very pretty and very pleasant on Place Paoli.

At first glance, the Café de la Place impresses with its pleasant ambience that invites you to linger. Unfortunately, the breakfast offering did not live up to this first impression. The selection of bread was disappointing: there was only white bread, croissants and baguettes. The baguette was also dry and not very tasty. The orange juice also left a lot to be desired and was not convincing. The service was also unsatisfactory and did not contribute to a pleasant stay. Although the ambience of the café is certainly charming, that is not enough to hide the weaknesses in the culinary offerings and service. Overall, the breakfast experience was rather mediocre and in my opinion only deserves 3 out of 5 stars.
