Returning to this restaurant more than 20 years later, what a wonderful surprise! It used to be called Ribot. The food is simply delicious, and I honestly think it's the best restaurant in Maisons-Laffitte (on par with Le Tastevin). The atmosphere is cozy, the service provided by the owner (with a slight Spanish accent) is warm and friendly, and the food… oh my goodness! It's perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

A truly wonderful discovery! We received a very warm welcome and were attentive, especially to my elderly mother. The atmosphere is peaceful, not too crowded, not too noisy—perfect. We were seated at a lovely round table. Each dish we tasted was bursting with sophisticated flavors, presented with all the delicacy and finesse of Japanese cuisine and expert presentation. The dishes were incredibly fresh. We congratulate the owner, the chef, and the team for their perfect execution and for taking us on a culinary journey. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

21/05/2026: What a lovely place! A quiet, shaded terrace, charming service, and excellent food. Set menus at €43 or €54, both complete and delicious. What a shame it's closed!
15/05/2026: I'll start with my only disappointment: discovering this restaurant too late, just before closing time. The setting is beautiful, and the service is very pleasant and attentive. The tasting menu might seem a bit pricey, but everything is delicious and beautifully presented. No regrets about paying the price; the food is as good as in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, and best of luck for the future!

22/06/2026: A very friendly little restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. They serve good, simple dishes. The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick. A little tip: remember to book!
