An original restaurant that blends French cuisine with well-balanced Japanese influences. Nothing gimmicky, just cohesive and flavorful dishes. Another plus is the vegetarian options, which are as refined and creative as the main courses—a rarity that deserves to be highlighted! Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. A truly unique restaurant, highly recommended.

Returning to this restaurant more than 20 years later, what a wonderful surprise! It used to be called Ribot. The food is simply delicious, and I honestly think it's the best restaurant in Maisons-Laffitte (on par with Le Tastevin). The atmosphere is cozy, the service provided by the owner (with a slight Spanish accent) is warm and friendly, and the food… oh my goodness! It's perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

06/09/2026: A wonderful warm welcome, excellent crepes with many to choose from, the servers are kind and there is colouring for the kids. We will come again.

21/05/2026: What a lovely place! A quiet, shaded terrace, charming service, and excellent food. Set menus at €43 or €54, both complete and delicious. What a shame it's closed!
15/05/2026: I'll start with my only disappointment: discovering this restaurant too late, just before closing time. The setting is beautiful, and the service is very pleasant and attentive. The tasting menu might seem a bit pricey, but everything is delicious and beautifully presented. No regrets about paying the price; the food is as good as in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, and best of luck for the future!
