06/12/2025: A very pleasant surprise. Refined and delicious dishes, perfectly paired wines, everything is beautiful and bursts with flavor! A slight preference for the earthy dishes.

30/11/2025: For our first visit, it was a true discovery, hidden behind a gray inn-like facade on a pedestrian street in the village of Marly-le-Roi. Excellent Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine. Subtle and surprising flavors, perfect presentation in vibrant colors, hint at the artistic talent of the passionate chef, Tomohiro Uido. The attentive service is worthy of a 3-star establishment. Having the menus chosen in advance allows for a well-paced service. For those with a hearty appetite, opt for the 10-course menu. We wonder why this restaurant hasn't yet earned another star. We're not familiar with the Michelin Guide's criteria, but we suspect that perhaps the simple (but cozy) setting is what's preventing it from receiving a second star... An experience to be repeated, without a doubt!
