A memorable meal at Village Tomohiro; the presentation and flavors were exceptional, from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours at the end. The chef is as inspired as ever; special mention goes to the mini waffles with aonori seaweed and the hibiscus granita, which replaced the legendary celery granita! Attentive and friendly service.

The food is very good and the dishes are beautifully presented. The restaurant staff is super attentive and does everything with great care.

I was able to propose in 2015 at Le Village and then celebrate our first wedding anniversary there... Nine years later, for our tenth anniversary, the magic was still there. The intimacy of the neighborhood and the venue creates a cocoon where we feel like we're the only ones who exist... our own little bubble. Ten years of marriage, so a ten-course menu. A medley of blended flavors where your palate is gently awakened, and where even tastes that are usually less familiar are elevated and appreciated. The ever-present Goi Cuon, the chef's specialty, which we eagerly anticipated... Always a marvel. Bold and surprising combinations that complement each other delicately. We wanted to try Miyazaki's meat... What a delight... cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful... my wife and I truly loved it... A real difference, both tangible and felt. Obviously, the service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful guidance throughout this culinary adventure. The chef even came to chat with us at the end of our meal, sharing his passion and enthusiasm. This restaurant, dear to our hearts for over 10 years, recently lost its star... We were completely baffled! It's shameful, even! This won't stop us from returning, and for us, it will always have its star, a place that will make us dream for an evening. A huge thank you to Le Village Tomohiro restaurant, which welcomed us yesterday for a remarkably refined six-course meal. Each dish awakened our senses with a precision and sensitivity that fully attest to the chef's Michelin star. The warm and attentive welcome, along with the impeccable service, enhanced the evening with exceptional skill. With each course, the presentation of the dish was an invitation to travel: a delicate way of guiding us toward new and always surprising, always expertly executed, culinary experiences. An establishment that combines excellence, humility, and culinary emotion.

Last night we discovered Village Tomohiro in Marly-le-Roi, and what a wonderful surprise! We opted for the six-course menu and had an absolutely exceptional experience. From the very first bite, a trio of waffles made with Greek olive oil and flavored with Aonori, the tone was set. The courses then followed one another with incredible precision: albacore tuna prepared two ways, then the granita of the day, before the choice between the seafood and meat dishes. We each chose a different option: one of us opted for the seafood and the other the meat, allowing us to experience both creations. And what a brilliant idea! On one side, the catch of the day cooked at a low temperature, mini crab ravioli, candied fennel, and a Mediterranean sea bream broth with a hint of Japanese sake; On the other hand, there was the roasted Anjou squab fillet, its leg baked in a salt crust with garden savory, a symphony of seasonal vegetables, and its jus. Each dish was a true discovery. The combinations of tastes, textures, aromas, and flavor blends were remarkable. Inventive, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine that truly transported the taste buds. We didn't choose the cheese course, but continued with the dessert, a real favorite: a watermelon platter, prepared in various ways, accompanied by a surprising fleur de sel ice cream. A very original combination, one we had never tried before. Mixing all these little treats around the watermelon was simply pure delight! Fresh, surprising, delicate, and perfectly balanced. The petit fours then brought this magnificent meal to a close. A huge congratulations to the chef for this creative and masterful cuisine. And a special mention for the service, which was remarkable, attentive, and efficient, yet remained very natural. No pretentiousness whatsoever: simply kindness, simplicity, and professionalism. We had a wonderful time, both for the food and the welcome. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this magnificent experience! We had dinner as a family last night at Le Village Tomohiro restaurant in Marly-le-Roi. We've been coming for over 15 years and are always delighted by the food. The ingredients are high quality, the combinations of Japanese and French cuisines are perfectly balanced, and the dishes are veritable works of art. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

One word: exceptional! A second: wonderful! Truly an incredible experience.

The Petit Tomohiro menu was delicious and subtle. Friendly service. I wasn't a big fan of the butter, which was a bit too smoky for my taste. One minor point: the second red wine, a 2015 Haut-Médoc, was slightly Madeira-like, although it had a very pleasant prune nose. Overall, a lovely experience.

Excellent restaurant with refined dishes and perfect cooking.
