This is a place we particularly love; the view of the lake is sublime and generally sheltered from the wind. So you can eat oysters there even in winter. There's no cooking here, just oysters—those produced on the lake, excellent, clear, and served with white wine. You can also add whelks, Serrano ham, or local pâté. No desserts, no coffee. Be aware that during holiday periods, arrive at noon or after 2:00 PM. They serve until 6:00 PM. In summer, they're open in the evening, but it's best to go around 7:30 PM. You can also buy oysters, either closed or opened, to take away. No reservations.

Always perfect, the oysters were delicious, the service was impeccable, and very friendly too. I highly recommend it.

Regulars at the cabins in the Arcachon basin, it was a pleasure to do this tasting on the shores of the lake. Beautiful and delicious oysters, top pâté and the perfect view. Great welcome and thank you to the owner for the gift, my customers will be able to discover the stern, for an aperitif.
