06/04/2024: Being gluten intolerant, I was very happy to find a bakery with a choice of gluten-free pastries and pastries. But let's be honest the quality has really gone down. Unreasonable proportion and size of pastries for the price. Being an almost daily regular, I'm going to curb my consumption because I'm tired of finding hair fibers or other things in my sandwiches or pastries. I call systematically but no call back. Honestly it really disgusted me Too bad because not a bad bakery more than a year ago

27/03/2024: Are you a celiac/gluten intolerant? Yes, then listen up…this is the kind of place that makes you drop an f-bomb after taking a bite. YES it is that good and YES I did go back twice in the less than 24 hours that I spent in Paris. This bakery is not to be missed! I also have a dairy allergy….and they had so many options including eclairs, Paris Brest, cinnamon roll, pistachio cake and various tartes. All of their bread is also dairy free. I took 4 loaves home to freeze and thaw later 😉! Now lets talk about customer service, the first day I was helped by Demetri who was super amazing and knowledgable. And the following day, I also was helped by Anissa who was so kind. It felt like I was being greeted by old friends, and isn’t that the whole point…merci Demetri and Anissa for being my “copains”.
