The hotel is outdated and lacks cleanliness and maintenance, certainly due to staff shortages. However, the staff were truly excellent, helpful, and friendly.

A charming hotel with friendly, helpful, and readily available staff. Fully equipped with amenities (swimming pool, gym, spa, games, etc.). A varied breakfast served in a pleasant dining room. A hotel offering excellent value for money. Thank you all for your hospitality.

An extremely efficient and incredibly friendly team, dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Every request is addressed immediately. The meals are delicious. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and cool. Everyone is at your beck and call to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Well done to the entire team!

The staff at this establishment are really friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, pleasant, and clean. The meals met my expectations, offering a variety of choices, and the chefs were very responsive. However, I was very disappointed to hear and see people unfairly complaining and making the staff uncomfortable simply because they noticed a minor issue. It's unfair to these people who welcome you with a smile, especially since it doesn't reflect reality. It's a complete experience, and the team is excellent. If anything is unsatisfactory, just ask them; I'm confident they'll find a solution. I highly recommend them.

The place has great potential. The cleanliness of the floors is limited in the bedrooms, bathroom, and toilets, and the hallway carpet absolutely needs cleaning or replacing. Comfortable bedding. Clean sheets, but there were ants in the room. Attentive and responsive staff during the day, well done!

Overall, a very good experience! The room we had wasn't exactly what we expected (the ashtray on the terrace was overflowing, there were moths in the curtains, and moldy grout in the bathroom), but it was still quite clean. The service, however, was excellent, discreet, and efficient. The location is very convenient, with a beautiful view of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. The small sauna is a nice bonus!

Absolutely impeccable service. The staff were attentive, available, and always in good spirits, as were the servers. But above all, the head chef, sous-chef, and team were absolutely fantastic. For my birthday, they prepared a personalized dessert that wasn't on the menu (a reimagined version), and I thank them again. The food was excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. The only slight drawback was that the room, particularly the bathroom, could perhaps use some updating. Everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we will definitely be back! And this is already our second time. All the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Whether at reception, by the pool, or at breakfast, everyone is smiling, attentive, and responsive to all requests. The rooms are spotlessly clean, as are the pool and sauna, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The children are kept entertained thanks to the many activities offered, which is a real plus for families. This wasn't our first visit, and it certainly won't be our last. We recommend this hotel without hesitation!
