4 stars to the kitchen because the fries were lukewarm. Super friendly and dedicated customer service staff. The fries were changed without problem. Clean establishment. We really need to highlight the sympathy and competence of the staff. Thanks to them in particular Thursday February 29.

Arrived at 9 p.m. for 1 McFlurry and 1 Cookie, no one at the McCafé checkout, the manager taking notes and ignoring the customers, finally left at 9:15 p.m., fast food? .... In addition, the Mc Flurry at €4.50 is still not very full, both in terms of ice cream and topping, the cookie was good but hey it's still €3.50 per defrosted cookie. Anyway, it helps with complicated schedules for other restaurants. I don't go to McDonald's often already, but the service of this restaurant and the prices don't make me want to reduce my intervals, it will remain very exceptional and if there are no other possibilities nearby. (PS: the restaurant is not indicated in the area, so good luck to those who don't know the night spot, look for the M 😅)

Personnel en salle amical, mais il manquait l’un des deux steaks que j’ai demandé dans mon burger et les mini raspberry pies ont été servies complètement froides.

06/04/2024: Being gluten intolerant, I was very happy to find a bakery with a choice of gluten-free pastries and pastries. But let's be honest the quality has really gone down. Unreasonable proportion and size of pastries for the price. Being an almost daily regular, I'm going to curb my consumption because I'm tired of finding hair fibers or other things in my sandwiches or pastries. I call systematically but no call back. Honestly it really disgusted me Too bad because not a bad bakery more than a year ago
27/03/2024: Are you a celiac/gluten intolerant? Yes, then listen up…this is the kind of place that makes you drop an f-bomb after taking a bite. YES it is that good and YES I did go back twice in the less than 24 hours that I spent in Paris. This bakery is not to be missed! I also have a dairy allergy….and they had so many options including eclairs, Paris Brest, cinnamon roll, pistachio cake and various tartes. All of their bread is also dairy free. I took 4 loaves home to freeze and thaw later 😉! Now lets talk about customer service, the first day I was helped by Demetri who was super amazing and knowledgable. And the following day, I also was helped by Anissa who was so kind. It felt like I was being greeted by old friends, and isn’t that the whole point…merci Demetri and Anissa for being my “copains”.

31/03/2024: Very nice hotel and environment, quality catering, attentive staff. In short, nothing but happiness, I recommend without hesitation.
20/03/2024: Great customer service, AC in the rooms, pool, fitness & Sauna included. We enjoyed it. But we also decided to leave earlier than what we booked (4 days) and they were totally okay with it and we only had to pay for the actual nights we’ve spend there. Our 2 dogs were welcome and enjoyed the stay as well. I can fully recommend a stay there, especially for holidays with kids and/or pets!
