McDonald's sur Fuveau

August 29th, midnight. An incredible team!!! Amazing manager and employees so kind I wanted to come back just to spend time with them again. Don't change the team, you're all amazing!!!

Absolutely appalling service. A 30-minute wait for a table order, only to find half the items missing... overflowing bins and a dirty floor... Well done for a restaurant whose main competitor has just opened across the street...

I've eaten here several times, but the fries are never cooked enough, and the self-service kiosks are too close together, as is the parking lot, which is far too narrow and small. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly.

Disappointed with my visit to the McDonald's in Rousset last night. I went there out of sympathy for McDonald's, especially since a Burger King opened about a month and a half ago just a few hundred meters away. When I drove past, the Burger King was packed, while the McDonald's was practically empty, with only one car in the drive-thru. So I ordered for the kids and myself. Once I got home, I discovered that my daughter's Happy Meal toy was missing. I had ordered a Caesar salad... without dressing. The salad was clearly wilted, the leaves completely limp, and the croutons soggy, as if it had been prepared hours earlier. The fries were extremely pale, and I couldn't even eat them. In the end, I only managed to eat two pieces of breaded chicken and drink my Coke. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time items have been missing from my orders at this McDonald's. I find it particularly unfortunate in the current climate: when a direct competitor opens just a few hundred meters away, it's precisely the time to redouble their efforts on the quality, freshness, and reliability of their orders to encourage customers to remain loyal. To be honest, after this experience, I think I'll be choosing Burger King from now on. When you pay for an order, you expect, at the very least, to receive all the items ordered and to be able to eat them. It's a real shame, because this McDonald's could clearly do better.

The people at this McDonald's were incredibly kind. Especially one lady who was in the dining area who said hello, goodbye, and have a nice day. My goodness, I've never seen anything like it in any of the McDonald's I've ever been to, which is why I had to leave a very good review.

An efficient McDonald's! No waiting and very friendly staff.

One of the McDonald's restaurants with the best view in the area. There's plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy it. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. And it was very clean.

Pretty good, could be better in terms of speed, but it's still excellent.
