A tourist's review: Excellent welcome, affordable lunch menu (provincial prices). Its setting, in the basement, is worth discovering... A great selection of savory crepes, something for everyone! Sweet crepes are also available, as well as Norman drinks. Reservations are recommended as La Regaliere fills up quickly, but if you arrive without a reservation, they will offer to let you return very soon. You'll want to explore the neighborhood, just like I did 😉

The pancakes are average. But it's a popular place, so I recommend it. It's inexpensive. They have a daily menu for €12 and are open until 2 pm on weekdays. The cider is top-notch. The service is also good, and they're fast.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to thank the lady who looked after us. There were about ten of us who came for lunch without a reservation, and she did everything she could to find us a table inside. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the apple pie crepe was magnificent. Thank you again!

Passing through Rouen, we were drawn in by the charming storefront of this crêperie, tucked away in a quiet alley. The welcome was warm, and the service was pleasant and quick for the €11.50 lunch special, which included excellent savory and sweet crêpes. Special mention goes to the cider, organic and from a local producer, because at such a reasonable price, it would be easy to be tempted to offer a more mass-produced cider.
In short, if you're ever in Rouen and looking for a crêperie, look no further!
