Hello Please allow me to voice my dissatisfaction. I received a confirmation email from you for the New Year's Eve dinner on October 30th via your contact email address, only to find out on the day that my reservation hadn't been processed because it was a previous provider and that I should have paid a deposit as indicated on the poster. When I made my reservation, no one asked me for a deposit, and when I told you by email that I had booked, you could have at least had the courtesy to check, because if payment was required, I would have paid without hesitation. You did not handle the situation well because, as a business owner, you should know that customer satisfaction is important, and despite the confirmation email I showed you, you displayed a real disregard for me. You are at fault and you don't care... Compensation or at least an apology would have been more than appropriate. I hope you had a very profitable evening. Happy New Year 2026

The best Beef tartare in Granville and the best view of the harbour. Coming back to this place and was disapointed by the prices that went up while the service is going down. Ladies are nice but do not know their job. When you pay 50€ per person for a lunch, you expect a high service level which is lackibg there. Cutlery is not changed when going from a fish starter to a meat main course. They have no idea of what goes in each dish, not even in a traditional beef tartare. (That used to be very good but is now tasteless.) Being located in a great place doesn't make it all!!
