LA RESERVE sur Pantin

12/08/2026: To begin, I want to say that the staff is very friendly and the place is nice. The couscous is really good; in fact, that's the main reason people come here. It deserves its 3 stars. Because yes, this place has everything it takes to be perfect, but there are a few issues to address: - No pizza at lunchtime... And the pizza recipes lack quality, Italian ingredients. If you make pizzas with fresh Italian produce, a good tomato sauce, Italian cheeses, and good cured meats, you'll really attract customers; that's something that doesn't exist in the neighborhood (only Gruyère pizzas...). - The appetizers are sloppy: puff pastries that aren't puff pastry, tomato and mozzarella salads thrown together in a rush... Your main competitor in the area doesn't serve appetizers, so you need to improve that. The burgers are dry and the recipes aren't amazing... A well-seared, well-seasoned steak, a good selection of cheese, a homemade bun, a homemade sauce (like homemade mayo with harissa), and bam, once again you'll stand out from the crowd. I wrote this review hoping to change it soon to 4 or 5 stars because Tchao Pantin is going to improve so much and absolutely kill it 😊
