Good value for money. Good quality. Typical for the region. Unfortunately, there was a long wait for food even when the restaurant wasn't very busy.

In a setting that extends the "vacation" vibe, with a decent menu offering a good selection (even if ice cream is missing), the dishes are well-presented and the ingredients are of high quality. The staff is available to compensate for minor service imperfections (such as leftover aperitif glasses and appetizer platters, dishes served with a slight delay (even though the order is taken at the same time as the aperitif), and reminders about wines ordered only after the main courses have been served). A reorganization of the service is needed to ensure a truly excellent evening. Kudos to these young people who are doing their best.

Hi, today for my birthday I went to the restaurant. Being more used to the bar area, I wasn't disappointed. There were four of us and everyone ate their fill, and the food was delicious. The best part? Finally, a restaurant in the Var region that knows how to make Irish coffee! In short, I highly recommend it; the service was excellent. All the best...

A wonderful discovery during our 2025 holidays...we went back for lunch this summer, the food is very good, fresh produce 👍 the prices are reasonable considering the quality, and to top it all off the setting is super nice 👍 I recommend this little stop in L Ayguade without hesitation.

We had lunch at this restaurant today. The service was very pleasant, the sea bream fillet was perfect, as was the duck breast with figs and fig sauce. We'll be back. It just goes to show you should always take reviews with a grain of salt... See you soon.

The service deserves two stars, penalized by the constantly crowded terrace and insufficient number of waiters to keep pace. This is likely a typical end-of-season reduction in staffing, which, however, weather-wise, continued with still-summer heat. The warm Camembert was a real treat, a welcome change of pace after so many evenings dedicated to seafood—and even a little more.

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and restaurant. Everything was impeccable; the premises were spotless and meticulously maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. It felt truly comfortable, almost like being at home. The atmosphere was warm and the service was top-notch. Thank you for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!
07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.

Bor - Hotel Et Restaurant a Hyeres Les Palmiers

06/06/2026: SUPER! Tastefully decorated hotel, right on the water... Very pleasant staff. A lovely break to make the most of the French Riviera. Well located if you want to go to the port. Sun lounger access, direct beach access... A privileged spot perfect for relaxation. A bar is available for a cocktail right on your sun lounger. In short: I highly recommend it! We had a mother-daughter weekend there, it was PERFECT.
31/05/2026: Hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. Exotic and authentic decor. Room with a sea view.
