The rum and cocktail menu is decent, but nothing special. The cocktails we had were good. The cod fritters and the Creole platter were also very good. However, the table was sticky because it wasn't cleaned between customers, or at least not properly cleaned. The tables are very close together because the place isn't very large. The ambient noise is deafening! Add to that the somewhat incongruous jazz trio playing in a place where you'd expect to hear zouk and reggae. The decor is nonexistent! No one seems to bring this insignificant place to life. What a shame! Such a promising place, but it wasn't kept.

Great very casual Caribbean cafe and bar with a large terrace in the heart of Saint Germaine. Perfect for a light meal, quick snack or just a drink while people watching.

This is the second time I've eaten at this lovely restaurant in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It brings back wonderful memories of Réunion and the French West Indies. Like last time, I ordered a sausage rougail and a coconut punch. I'd love to try something different next time :)

Passing through Paris, what a great find! A refreshing change from the usual brasseries! The cocktails are excellent, and the food is great too (special mention for the Caribbean platter which lets you sample a little bit of everything). A warm welcome as well, with friendly waitresses.

The accras were really good, a real success, but I've rarely had such a bland ti' punch. It was made with flavorless liquid cane sugar and completely ordinary rum. For a bar called "La Rhumerie" (The Rum Bar), that's a real shame.

26/02/2026: A wonderful experience! The presentation of the dishes is remarkably true to the photos, which is rare and deserves to be highlighted. The plates are beautifully presented, appetizing, and inviting. The flavors are simply exquisite. The tastes are perfectly balanced; neither too salty nor too spicy. The ingredients are of high quality. I thank the chef and the front-of-house team for their warm welcome and excellent service; it's a place I recommend without hesitation, and I'll definitely be back.
