Great place with an amazing collection of r(h)um and very well tasting cocktails. Friendly service and good vibes. Festive music that brings in people from a lot of age-levels
Mixed experience. The bar is beautifully decorated. Excellent cocktails. The rum-themed concept is appealing to rum lovers (of quality).
However, the service was deplorable; you get the feeling you're in the way… the waitress makes it perfectly clear you're bothering them. A shame…
My husband and I are regulars at the rum bar for their cocktails, which never disappoint. But yesterday, we received a very poor welcome from the new waitress (the young woman with tattoos and short hair). We asked her several times for a carafe of water, but we're still waiting. When she brought our cocktails, she placed them so roughly that some spilled on the table. No apology, no smile. Truly unpleasant, unlike the rest of the staff. Very disappointing.
