Our favorite restaurant when we were a young, single couple and ate out all the time. Our favorite restaurant now that we're parents and eat out maybe once a month 😂! Huge spritz menu Very short tapas menu that changes all the time Exceptional pizzas: the crust is both soft and crispy. And we love the service; Chef Mattia, who oversees everything from behind the bar, is fantastic.

Second time at La Riposte. A calm place, just as pleasant in winter in its lively dining room as it is in summer on its pedestrian street terrace. The quality of the food is its strongest point. The chef is lovely. The waitress is friendly, but sometimes a little distracted… Special mention for the pizzas and the tiramisu.

An excellent spot near Place de Clichy. We've been there about fifteen times, and the food is always great. The croquettes (kind of like suppli, but more elaborate), the guanciale pizza, and the smoked stracciatella are top-notch. The prices are rather high, but it's worth it once in a while.

24/07/2026: We came here to celebrate my son's birthday. My two teenagers were thrilled with their pizzas. The younger one is vegan and the older one is vegetarian. They were delighted to find pizzas of such high quality and with such a wide selection. My husband and I also loved our pizzas. As good as the ones we ate in Italy, if not better!
20/07/2026: The terrace setting was very pleasant, but we waited almost an hour for our two pizzas (it was World Cup match day… Deliveroo orders seemed to take priority). The pizzas were generous, but the first one was a bit bland, and the other, the daily special with "spinach cream," seemed simply awful—unbalanced and far too salty (€18 for the pizza). We had been wanting to try this pizzeria for months, as its reputation had been so positive, so our disappointment was all the greater. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, we will certainly return a second time, and I wish the restaurant team all the best.

31/07/2026: I spent a few days in Paris with my husband and mother. I was looking for a unique place to celebrate my birthday and my mother's. We wanted to sample local cuisine at an affordable price. Encouraged by positive reviews online, we decided to check out a recommended place, especially since it was in the area where we had an apartment. We went right after the restaurant opened, so there was no problem getting seats. A big plus is that the menu on their website is available in several languages, including Polish. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that the Polish woman working there, Magda. She was a very nice person with whom we could talk freely without worrying about a language barrier, and she also helped us choose the dishes. Thanks to her recommendation, we tried the beef in a wine sauce with mushrooms and the veal in tomato sauce, served with rice, mashed potatoes, and polenta. Everything was DELICIOUS!! For dessert, we ordered crème brulée, chocolate mousse, and ice cream. A very kind gesture from Magda was a small candle on my plate and a chant of "Happy Birthday." I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and thank Magda for making my day so special! Greetings from Gdańsk 🥰
