La Romantica sur Toulouse

I had lived next door for 5 years and had never been there but it only took one time to make me a regular. The cuisine is superb, the service is top notch and it's really nice to have a restaurant of this quality near you with very affordable offers.

Excellent experience! The products are imported from Italy and of high quality, the dishes delicious and the service impeccable. A real Italian gem, everything is perfect. I highly recommend!

I never leave reviews but now I really have to. I ordered three dishes from Romantica via Uber Eats and the delivery guy came to bring me the wrong order: two pizzas with a different name written. I guess he made a mistake and I ask him to explain it to Uber support but he doesn't want to. He blames the restaurant, telling me that I just have to call them. Mistakes happen but I've been waiting for over an hour so I decide to do it not to complain but rather to make the delivery person understand that there's nothing they can do. All the employees who respond to me are ultimately adorable and offer to keep this order and wait for them to redo mine. I accept but although they have taken the information from my order I do not understand how they can return it given that it is not notified on the delivery platform. It wasn't my surprise when I realized that the person delivering to me was none other than a member of the restaurant staff (whom I assumed was the boss) with his personal car. As a bonus, he told me that they added three free desserts to apologize. Having worked in catering, I assure you that they could have simply told me to get reimbursed directly via the platform without even trying to understand. Moreover, it would have been legitimate because I'm really not sure that this error was their responsibility (the delivery guy really seemed to have mixed up his orders and he delivered someone just before me). On top of all that, we had a blast! I can only highly recommend this restaurant as I was pleasantly surprised by their kindness and the quality of their service and their cuisine. You gained a client, I will come back and tell those around me about you. Thank you very much for making me smile this evening!

Very nice place, a restaurant where attention is given to the mise en place and the details are not a detail, the tables are well away from each other, you don't have the impression of being stuck to the table in advance as happens in most restaurants in Toulouse. Really excellent staff very friendly. I ate the pizza... So as a Neapolitan I can say that the pasta wasn't bad. High prices.

The best pizzeria I have ever tasted in my life

I went here for the first time. The staff welcomed us with a smile and courteous manner. Their customer care and explanations are very good... Pizzas were good but not tasty. Pistachio and cheese pizzas were amazing.

Arrivés un peu par hasard nous n'avons pas regretté ! Très bon accueil , pizzas et plats excellents Bon rapport qualité prix avec un menu complet à 35e. Je reviendrai !

Nous connaissons cet endroit de longue date : mon petit frère y a établi sa cantine personnelle et nous y venons toujours au moins une fois lorsque nous venons passer quelques jours à Toulouse. La salle est superbe, confortable, et les hauts dossiers permettent une certaine intimité. On sent une vraie passion des bons produits et l'amour de la cuisine dans chaque assiette.... La patronne vous accueille comme à la maison ! En famille, en tête à tête ou entre amis, vous ne regretterez pas d'avoir poussé la porte !
