Excellent place to eat! I came for an American pizza! One of the best I've ever had! I came back for the owner's pasta carbonara – EXCELLENT! Warm atmosphere! A big thank you to Chef Matheo for his pizza! A super motivated young man who clearly enjoys his work. A big thank you to the owner for her warm welcome and kindness! So many good times there, I'll definitely be back! Thank you for this experience.

A nice little restaurant in the city center

Highly recommend. Extensive menu. A lovely warm welcome with brilliant service. Great atmosphere. There was a great value menu du jour available. We ordered a pizza and calzone, which were delicious and amazing value. Great coffee too. We sat inside, but there are tables outside in the quiet square too. We'd definitely recommend La Rome Antique. 23/4/26. Revisited and again had delicious pizzas at a good price. Highly recommend.

The food was simple, but good, especially considering the price. The lady who served us couldn't manage a smile. Yes, we stammered in French. I know I can do better, but switching from Portuguese always takes a bit of adjusting. The place was a neat snack bar with unappealing decor. Good for a quick bite, but not for a night out.
