It's highly recommended to set aside some time during your trip to Paris to dine at Maison Rose. It's a super intimate place with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu is impeccable, the dishes are delicious and beautifully prepared, the setting is captivating, and the service deserves top marks. A special mention goes to the maître d', a charming young man who provides excellent service and makes diners feel very comfortable. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and this is certainly the case here. He even held our reserved table for us, even though it was still occupied, until it became available, pointing out which chair had the best view. These kinds of thoughtful touches are truly appreciated. 100% recommended.
