La Rose des Sables sur Pierrelaye

A wonderful discovery in Pierrelaye! We dined at La Rose des Sables and sampled several tagines, all delicious and perfectly seasoned. The meat was tender, the cooking was expertly done, and the spices were well-balanced, with that authentic flavor that transports you. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. You can feel the care that goes into both the dishes and the customer experience. We will gladly return to explore the rest of the menu. A highly recommended spot for enjoying excellent tagines in the area!

Very good homemade couscous with lots of flavor

The Royal couscous was good, no complaints about the meats (chicken, merguez, meatball…), fast service and a warm welcome.
