Amazing cheese naan kebab, reasonable prices, and always a warm welcome. The only downside is the cleanliness isn't fantastic, but in terms of food, I've never been disappointed after several years 🥙

19/09/2026: Boulangerie Maison Kayser in Vieux Nice is a nice place to stop for fresh bread, pastries, and other French bakery specialties. The selection is good and everything looks nicely presented. I enjoyed the traditional French bakery atmosphere, and it is a convenient spot to grab something quick while exploring the charming streets of Vieux Nice.
05/09/2026: Small bakery with a very wide selection; we always shopped here, but lately the staff hasn't been so friendly. The bread dries out very quickly, and there were quite a few people in the bakery who seemed very stressed, which is unnecessary. I wanted to pay with cash but wasn't allowed; I felt pressured by the saleswoman. There's a law throughout France that obliges shops to accept cash payments; otherwise, they face fines of €150 per offense. They know this, and I think I'll report it. Other bakeries do the same thing. Everyone wants to be treated fairly; the customer is king, and without customers, they'd be lost.

11/09/2026: A very warm welcome from the sweet and smiling waitress Mélanie, followed by quick, efficient, and humorous service thanks to Jordan. The menu, generous and authentically "old-fashioned" as we like it, is a real pleasure to see. The dishes are as hearty as they are delicious. An excellent place that I highly recommend, whether with family or friends; I would even say a sure bet for locals who may not be familiar with all the restaurants in Nice.
08/09/2026: My family and I had lunch here today, and Daba's service was perfect! She was kind, smiling, attentive, proactive, and responsive to our needs. Servers like her are hard to find! The food was also excellent; kudos to the chef! Have a wonderful day!
