We had a very pleasant stay; the snow was perfect, the food was divine, the homemade snails were a delight, and the owners were incredibly kind. We will definitely be back.
To say I'm pleased is an understatement. I'm thrilled. This is the best venison goulash we've ever had. The wine and wild mushroom sauce is magical. The meat is as pure as tenderloin, not your typical goulash. Exceptionally tender, yet not overcooked. The pork head is as delicate as a savory crème brûlée.
An absolute masterpiece of French cuisine.
We're regulars, as this is our third stay with Dominique and Bertrand. A wonderful, warm welcome, just like every time we come for the Christmas market.
