La Rotonde sur Saint-Lo

A kind and attentive waitress, with fast service that allowed us to catch our train on time. A truly excellent experience!

The food was very good, but the downside was that we were forgotten when it came to taking our order and again at the end of our meal when it came to the dessert menu. We arrived 15 minutes before other people who left after eating and having an aperitif, while we had only just received our drinks. We left without ordering dessert because no one was coming to our side of the terrace.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. It's a shame the terrace isn't non-smoking.

The food is good. The meal is reasonably priced. The service is pleasant and friendly.

Shameful. My friend ordered a gourmet regional salad, which was supposed to contain Serrano ham, but she received plain, vacuum-packed cooked ham, the kind you'd get in a supermarket. And boiled potatoes. A real disappointment. As for the daily special, a filet mignon, five of us ordered it, and we all agreed: the meat was way overcooked, to the point of being difficult to cut. In the end, we all left very disappointed with the meal, which unfortunately ruined the pleasant moment we were hoping to share. It's a shame, because we expected much better, and we're certain we won't be back anytime soon.

We came twice in two weeks and were delighted to discover the seafood sauerkraut, which was perfect, made with fresh and excellent ingredients. The service was great and the value for money was good. I highly recommend this brasserie 👍.

The food wasn't good. The mussels à la Normande were terrible, tiny and tasteless. Very disappointed. They skimp on ingredients; there was very little cream. We won't be going back. I don't recommend it. Judging by your response, you're not taking any responsibility. We mentioned it to your young waiter, whom we asked to tell you. When we were paying, you asked us if everything was alright, and we told you no and explained why. Before serving, check your ingredients and dishes; it's the customer who decides whether they're satisfied or not. They decide whether they come back or not. I bought mussels at the market two days later; they were nothing like the ones I ordered—medium-sized but plump—for €4.95.
