La Rotonde sur Saint-Lo

I love this place! I highly recommend it. The welcome was very professional, friendly, and with a smile. The service was quick and the food was beautifully presented. We had a wonderful meal. Top-notch, thank you to the team!

A leisurely lunch, but this time disappointed by the service and one dish that had clearly been sitting on the pass for too long, arriving cold, which shouldn't have been the case, especially since the other three dishes were salads. Beware of becoming complacent...

Excellent quality food, very welcoming staff, quantity and quality

Dinner on Monday, June 29, 2026. We ate on the terrace. The welcome was pleasant and friendly. Very good service. They even took the time to ask if our dishes could be sent out because we had an aperitif beforehand—so rare these days that it's worth mentioning. We had an Italian tartare (not prepared) and a classic tartare (also not prepared), both with very good meat. The fries were decent. One small complaint: the Italian tartare was described as having marinated sun-dried tomatoes, but the photo clearly shows it was just fresh diced tomatoes. It's a good brasserie with excellent value for money. We would definitely go back.

The mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses, the hamburgers are delicious.

The welcome was fantastic, Clémence was a charming waitress who made us feel right at home. Her humor was infectious, her laughter contagious; we felt like family. Happy birthday to a genuine person who shared our two smiles!

After a huge disappointment at a restaurant near La Rotonde (just disgusting), we returned to La Rotonde with immense pleasure! Clémence, the waitress, is genuine, smiling, and welcoming; frankly, she made our evening! Moral of the story: you must eat at La Rotonde when you come to Saint-Lô! I give it a 10 out of 10! Thank you to all the staff for their professionalism. We wish Clémence a very happy 40th birthday a day early!
