Discovered during our stay in Gérardmer. A wonderful welcome upon our arrival. A very clean and well insulated room. The breakfasts with regional products are perfect, Munster raw ham etc... Special mention to the breakfast manager with whom we had time to chat and have a good time in room 207.

The room was very clean, very tidy! Nothing to complain about, despite some cars that passed by, we were able to spend a night in a very pleasant and decent setting! Very beautiful view of the mountain, we enjoyed it!! Thank you very much for everything! I highly recommend!

We stayed there 2 nights. Friendly welcome, warm family hotel.
Very good value for money, and a little extra for breakfast with a wide choice of products.
Points to improve: * a mini fridge in the room would be nice to be able to buy local specialties and keep them cool.
* sound insulation of rooms average, but vacationers are respectful of schedules.

Very pleasant, quiet hotel with top-notch King Size bedding
very warm welcome from the owner... varied and plentiful breakfast... we also ate very well in the hotel restaurant. In short, I will come back for sure!!!!

The hotel is not far from the lake or the city center. It's a simple hotel, very well maintained. The reason for only 4 stars is that a small refrigerator is definitely missing. But otherwise everything is great.

Very good stay given that the hotel only has 2 stars, varied breakfast especially on weekends, quality restaurant, "natural" and friendly staff.
The proximity to the road is not bothersome at all.
Downside for the room: don't forget soap and shampoo which are not offered unlike hotels belonging to a chain.
Gérardmer remains a beautiful, family-friendly and quiet walking destination, where we mainly find vacationers from nearby departments. Not all trails are accessible to strollers or wheelchairs.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center and the lake (10-15 minutes walk).
Ideal for a short stay or a night's stopover.
The bedding is comfortable.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
The only downsides are that breakfast is a little too expensive for the variety of dishes available (e.g. few salty products, no fruit) and the bathroom deserves, in my opinion, a refresh in the shower area.

Venue avec des amis hotel très bien chambre simple mes très bien . A l'accueil le dame souriante , gentille on vois quel aime son métier. Il y a un restaurant très très bon patron très sympa avec beaucoup d'humour,
