31/10/2025: Placed on 10/31/25 around 7 PM at the drive-thru. The order was placed with some misunderstandings. I think the person taking the order was new, which I completely understand because, as a manager at McDonald's myself, I know it's not easy to train someone quickly and properly, especially on a Friday night. Anyway, I repeated the order to the crew member before paying to be absolutely sure they had written everything down correctly. I took the receipt and realized that a meal was missing and the Golden Deli item was incorrect. I asked the person at the drive-thru to correct it, explaining that a meal was missing and the Golden Deli item was wrong. The result: when my order arrived, the Golden Deli item was incorrect. We also had to get out of the car to order the missing meal, when a simple payment with the handheld card reader would have sufficed. In short, we didn't want to eat cold food and wait any longer, so oh well. Someone in the car will be eating pasta at home... We arrived home to find the potatoes upside down in the bag, the sandwiches wrapped haphazardly, the crispy sandwich completely open—in short, a complete error in the ordering process, the packaging, and the final packaging on the line. Otherwise, the grill was as ordered and the staff was still pleasant; the person at the drive-thru was very kind, thank you to her anyway. P.S.: Avoid putting the fry picks IN the cheddar fry boxes; it creates unpleasant surprises when you eat them 😢

28/10/2025: A super fast and efficient McDonald's
