18/06/2026: During our tour of Brittany, we visited the Éclosion restaurant and enjoyed a four-course meal. We were delighted from beginning to end. The quality of the food was outstanding – creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and prepared with great attention to detail. We also loved the ambiance: stylish, pleasant, and relaxed. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and attentive service, which perfectly complemented the evening. The Michelin recommendation is absolutely deserved. For the quality offered, the restaurant also provides excellent value for money.

22/05/2026: Small in size but big on customer service, the owner understood we were vegan and adapted her cooking accordingly (plant-based whipped cream). The portions are generous with well-balanced seasonings; the vegan crepe could have used a little more tofu, but what's offered is perfectly fine! Please note that, as the restaurant is small, dogs are not allowed.

06/06/2026: At first glance, it's a charming little shopfront on a narrow street in Pont-Aven, but then, as soon as you step inside, the delicious aroma of freshly cooked butter envelops you and whets your appetite! The selection of crêpes is very varied and you can even add any ingredients you like, whether savory or sweet! Everything is homemade, and some of the drinks and desserts come from local or nearby artisans. As for the crêpes, they are, in my opinion, excellent—crispy and perfectly indulgent. The service is also very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this establishment, and it's best to book in advance as you might not get a table. 28/05/2026: A delightful discovery for the taste buds. The outdoor space is flower-filled and airy, with play equipment for children. A superb mural sets the mood perfectly as we enjoy a buckwheat crêpe with goat cheese and zucchini, thyme, and seaweed tartare. For dessert, a strawberry crêpe accompanied by a lemon-basil sorbet (super refreshing) and lemon mascarpone. What a treat!

14/07/2026: A lunchtime visit during peak tourist season, but nonetheless a pleasant surprise. First, the view over the port of Camaret makes it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing break. Then, the galettes: I had a variation with Saint-Marcellin cheese and smoked duck breast. Very good. In short, if you're going to Camaret, don't look any further, head straight to the end of the port and go to Le Goéland Farceur.

10/07/2026: A lovely restaurant with excellent food and a very friendly staff. We felt very welcome and our dietary needs were taken into account. This is a rare and much appreciated gesture. (Many vegan options on the menu) We highly recommend it.

30/06/2026: A very warm welcome, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The homemade ice cream was a delight to finish off our meal. Parking at the train station is more convenient. Book your table in advance, otherwise takeout is available. I highly recommend it.
