A fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful meal; everything was delicious. The dishes were of high quality, prepared with excellent ingredients and great care. The waitress and waiter were lovely, very kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a superb meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We arrived at 1 p.m., no one around, so we thought, let's give it a try. To our great surprise, the gourmet cuisine was of exceptional quality and reasonably priced. The outdoor table service was superb and very professional. I highly recommend stopping by and discovering the chef's passion for cooking, which is evident in his magnificent dishes. Every year, during our family trip to the Catalan Country, a visit to La Salamandre is a must. We are always warmly welcomed by Bénédicte, whose kindness, smile, and attentiveness to her guests make all the difference. She truly goes the extra mile and knows how to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, Benoît never disappoints. Beyond the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of cooking techniques, it's the often surprising flavor combinations that delight our palates. Not to mention the absolutely magnificent presentation of the dishes! A cozy, calm, and warm place, tastefully decorated by the owners, we immediately feel at home. Congratulations to Benoît and Bénédicte for their wonderful restaurant, their passion, and their hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Lesson learned today: be wary of Google reviews. Very noisy dining room, 14 seats. Slow service. Basic menu at €42 with numerous supplements for half the dishes, €7 each. It starts to add up. My starter was trout gravlax with beetroot, not very flavorful. The shredded duck ravioli had a lot of foie gras sauce; hearty but lacking finesse. The dish of the day was ribs in soy sauce, more like fatty belly with overcooked Chinese noodles. The fish of the day was drowning in sauce, and the crumble topping was too much. There's a lack of refinement. I skipped dessert. Very disappointed. Very poor value for money.
