Passing through Saujon, we discovered this restaurant run by a fellow countryman (we're from the Creuse region). The welcome was incredibly warm, and the food was excellent, hearty, and, what's more, very affordable! It's a shame I live so far away, otherwise I'd eat there every day! And for those who are interested, they sometimes serve calf's head! Yum!

Had lunch by the water, just like last year. The owner is a first-class chatterbox, as well as a great customer builder and salesperson. Lovely people. The pizza is top-notch! Generously topped with fresh ingredients. Baked in a wood-fired oven.

A wonderful discovery this lunchtime. A very warm welcome, the pizzas are absolutely delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The terrace overlooking the Seudre river is truly lovely.
We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful discovery!
Lunch on the terrace by the water was very pleasant.
Warm welcome.
The waiter and the owner were very friendly.
The Creuse salad was excellent and generously topped, and the pizza was also excellent.
The gourmet coffee was superb, as was the crème brûlée.
We highly recommend it.

It's very nice... right on the banks of the Seudre... the food is good... the pizzas are excellent.
I recommend it... thanks to the lovely waitress who should be opening a flower truck soon ☺️
