A Michelin-starred restaurant, and it shows in the care and attention to detail in every dish. All were spectacular, but the dessert that day—a Black Forest cake—stole the show. Excellent and warm service, without any formality or stiffness. Well-selected wines. Perhaps they could improve the timing between courses, as we hadn't even finished one before the next arrived. Otherwise, excellent and very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

I visited the restaurant of the chef I met this past February 🍽️
The decor was stunning. And the dishes were both beautiful to look at and delicious. Everything was perfect ✨

Great restaurant, best chawamushi of my life, but they did forget what course we were on. Also they served us a lamb course (which we didn’t order), placed on the table, and then they took it away and gave it to another table after. We can tell it was the same plate because they poured the sauce on in front of us but not at the second table lol. Kinda embarrassing for a Michelin starred place IMO

Went here with my girlfriend and had a great time overall. The atmosphere was quiet, modern, and elegant, and the service was very attentive throughout.
The food was creative, with nice Asian influences and flavors. The appetizers and desserts really stood out, both were exceptional. The main dishes were good, but didn’t quite leave a strong impression compared to the rest of the meal.
Still, a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth a visit!

The food was very tasty and interesting - a seven-course tasting menu, plus a complimentary dessert at the end, which I really enjoyed. However, this place can't be called atmospheric - the interior of the restaurant felt overly simple and dull. It gave the impression of being one of thousands of ordinary cafes/restaurants, but serving Michelin-level food on a large scale

While searching for a Michelin-starred restaurant to celebrate a birthday, I came across La Scène Thélème. Located next to the Arc de Triomphe in a very tranquil setting, the restaurant offers a fusion of French and Japanese cuisine, allowing guests to discover the gastronomy of both countries. The tasting menu of the day was very well executed, and the wine pairings complemented it perfectly. The presentation of the dishes and wines was just right: neither too elaborate nor too brief. I would like to thank the restaurant staff for accommodating a dietary restriction for one of our guests, which was not mentioned when the reservation was made.

We had such a wonderful time here for their 4-course lunch. The food was consistently excellent—very deserving of its Michelin star.
We brought our 4-month-old baby with us and the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. They seated us in a quiet, private corner booth and were so sweet interacting with our baby.
Even though our little one is generally very chill, we were a bit nervous about bringing him to a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It made the experience all the more special! We will be back!

I know it's a Michelin-starred restaurant (1 star), and I understand that the experience might be different from a two- or three-star establishment. But I still expected a slightly more refined level of service.
The food was generally good; no complaints about the quality of the dishes. However, several details regarding the service were a bit disappointing.
For example, the amuse-bouche was briefly presented, but when it came to the main course and starter, there was no explanation, and the cutlery wasn't complete (no spoon). I had to ask for it. The starter consisted of two elements (with a sauce), and we weren't really sure how to eat it or where to start.
At one point, I noticed something on my plate that looked like a small thread. The staff took the plate away and brought me a new one, explaining that it was actually a fiber. This wasn't a problem in itself, but the second course was actually hot, which surprised me a bit.
The bill was also a little confusing:
– the first bill didn't reflect our €50 discount voucher;
– the second included a glass of whisky we hadn't ordered;
– the third bill was finally correct.
In short, the food was good, but the service experience didn't quite live up to what I expected from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Overall, the experience felt below the standard I envisioned for a star.
