La Sicilienne sur Chalons-En-Champagne

We had lunch at La Sicilienne restaurant. We know this place but hadn't been there in a long time. What a pleasant surprise to find superb food, a top-notch welcome, and a calm atmosphere... the parsley-crusted frog legs were to die for, the Milanese veal cutlet was amazing... in short, we'll be back very soon... bravo! 👏👏👏👏

Very warm welcome and delicious meal.

We've been going to this restaurant for years, the food is always excellent, and the service is just as good. So the last two comments make me laugh because they clearly come from people trying to smear the waitress who's worked there for a good 10 years, and they don't describe her at all, quite the opposite! Luckily, the comments were reported to the site moderator because they come from fake profiles. People are so jealous in this town, it's unbelievable, because they don't realize that it's not just about smearing a person but also the restaurant, just out of spite.

The pizza was very good, but the dough needed more salt, which was a shame.

I loved the Savoyarde pizza, which had a very generous filling. The service was very friendly, with an Italian waitress who gave us a warm welcome. A sure bet in Châlons-en-Champagne, I highly recommend it!

Nely served us, and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! She was the only one I would hire if I owned a restaurant. While others seemed not happy or just passing the time, Nely was full of energy, running around to help everyone with a big smile. We were only staying for one night on our way to other countries, but she truly made our evening special! A big thank-you also to the pizza chef, who showed real care by bringing french fries for our kids. The food was great, and the service from Nely made the whole experience unforgettable.

Very good experience during my two meals, both on the choice of a €20 menu and on a single dish. A treat. I recommend this place if you like good food.
