La Sirmonde sur Roussillon

25/03/2026: It was an experience I'll cherish forever. The location is espetacular, from the restaurant/breakfast room you can view the ochre embankments head on, the best view in the city. The building is immaculately maintained and tastefully furnished throughout in an elegant, comfortable, and unpretentious style. I stayed two night and ate all meals at the restaurant. Excellent every single one. Well prepared creative dishes with local ingredients and impeccably served by the staff. Great selection of wines from the region. The owners Hugo and Flora are dedicated and personally involved professionals with a career in hospitality at worldly locations. They have provided a unique and memorable experience, which I plan to repeat. Thank you both!

30/11/2025: We spent one night at this hotel. The room was very clean and classically furnished. Breakfast was fantastic, freshly prepared, and offered a great view of the cliffs. The staff was very friendly and took wonderful care of us. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel. Parking can be reserved at the hotel before arrival.
