The socca was good. The “artichoke salad,” however, should really be called “rocket salad.” It was 90% rocket, a few tasteless pieces of artichoke, and no dressing… all for €18.

This is the best socca in Nice—flavorful, crispy, absolutely delicious! Served with a salad, it's a real treat. I haven't tried anything else on the menu, but I give the socca my seal of approval.

We had a wonderful evening! The welcome was perfect, the service impeccable, and the food delicious. We tried the fabulous socca, the sublime stuffed vegetables, and the best pizza in Nice. I'm a true Niçoise, so you can trust my opinion. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back.

07/12/2025: I can't really comment on the food, but the appetizers were delicious! Very friendly and attentive service; even the dog got water immediately 😃🐕. There's a small terrace with heating for winter, and the interior is very cozy too. Located in the lovely harbor district.

Villa d'Este Restaurant

17/07/2026: After arriving in Nice, we took a stroll around and then had dinner here on our first day. The portion size was quite large, but it was delicious.
16/07/2026: The Restaurant is amazing, gives the best city centre vibes and the service is just amazing and not to forget the very good prices being in a very populated area. Our waiter Alex was one of the funniest and most helpful worker, shoutout to Alex!
