A consistently warm welcome. Good humor and conviviality seem to be the watchwords of this place. The cuisine is excellent, and what can I say about Mamour's truffle nougat glacé: a delight that makes your taste buds explode! I always return with great pleasure.

Exceptional welcome from the owners. Everything was perfect: the foie gras is incredible and deserves its medals, not to mention the truffle dishes!! The Aubrac Rossini meat with truffle pasta is to die for, and the truffle nougat is a real discovery.
