We had taken a take-out order, as room service was not open. The dishes were really very good. The gentleman, very friendly, takes the time to explain the dishes offered. In short, a good alternative to mountain restaurants.

20/03/2024: Raw vegetables starter: endive leaves served without removing the damaged surroundings. It's a salad with a few sprigs of carrots and red cabbage. Dish: andouillette with just warm mashed potatoes. Fresh cheese with red fruit coulis: very good. Best dish on the menu. Conclusion: meal not up to the level of the master chef announced.
