Highly recommended! 👍🏻 We were a table of five with a baby. We arrived late due to traffic, but we had called ahead to let them know. They were very understanding and still accommodated us even though the kitchen closed at 2:00 PM and we ordered a little later. We really appreciated their kindness; as restaurant owners ourselves, we're familiar with this kind of situation. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone at our table enjoyed the food: pizza burger, Caesar salad (x2), and carpaccio. The pizza bread was a real plus and was excellent. The only slight downside was that the carpaccio was a bit pricey for the size of the plate, but the taste was very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back.

Excellent pizza!! Truly excellent! My husband ordered three pizzas: a Buffala, a Campania, and a peasant. They were all superb, the place is very clean with lovely decor. The owner was also very kind and welcoming. Don't change a thing!! Your recipes are excellent. See you soon!

A very pleasant discovery of the restaurant and a wide variety of dining options. However, I ordered a pizza and found it rather under-topped. The atmosphere is very calm, and the background music adds a nice touch. Perhaps they should consider investing in a premium music system to avoid having ads during the music playback.

01/08/2026: I used to go to the one by the fountain, but unfortunately it's closed. My son is a loyal customer, so we now go to the one by Charpente, and frankly, it's great! The ladies are very kind. We also found some of the servers from the one in the 8th arrondissement, who are always great. The place is clean, it just lacks light.
29/07/2026: This snack bar is so good 🥰! The staff is welcoming and friendly. The platter is generous and hot 🥰. Special mention for the fries.

Restaurant La Belle Colombe

06/08/2026: The restaurant "La Belle Colombe" is a superb, spacious restaurant located in the Bellecombe district of Villeurbanne. I chose two dishes: - For red meat, they only had Black Angus sirloin steak that day, accompanied by vegetables and homemade fries (it's one or the other as a side, but I chose both to balance the meal), with a bell pepper sauce. => A meat that I recognized as Black Angus, perfectly cooked. Classic. - For white meat, a chicken supreme, which is a very prominent chicken leg rolled up. A well-defined mushroom sauce. Perfect. The only point to note regarding the "vegetable" side dish: in the end, only green beans were served. Ideally, they should offer a variety of vegetables. This doesn't detract from the excellent service in the slightest. The waiter was fantastic and the chef very attentive. Good job!
02/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this charming restaurant, which deserves more recognition. The food was excellent, very good value for money, and the welcome and service were very warm.
