Visited the Cabannais restaurant today a bit by chance, we were told that it was a change of ownership and that it was their first day of taking over the restaurant.
The welcome was very friendly, quality homemade cuisine with fresh regional products and reasonable prices, what more could you ask for?!
The whole team was extremely kind and pleasant and made sure we had a great time with them and honestly it was really great.
We were immediately put at ease with an aperitif offered by the house (delicious lemony mackerel spread and green olives as well as an aniseed melon smoothie) and by the warm welcome from the boss as well as the waitress.
The dishes offered are nice, few in number (a guarantee of quality in my opinion) and varied (meat and fish), the cooking is perfectly successful and the presentation of the plates is very pretty.
The desserts are simple and very well executed, enough to end on a good sweet note.
I reiterate my compliments to the chef.
An address not to be missed if you are in the area and are looking for a pleasant experience and cuisine made with the heart.
